As well as to ensure that those service are performed satisfactorily, e. Perform customer surveys for timely feedback and customer satisfaction. f. Carry out any regular building and operation inspections and view from the client perspective. Report any issues or abnormalities to the operation manager with a recommendation for improvement, g.
