* Job Summary: To support the Sales Project Team by administering the sales information system and providing all other administrative services to the team. * Responsibilities: - Update daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports for Furniture & Bedding to the manager. - Prepare and keep all sales team documents (quotations, invoices) in databases (Crono and server). - Inform to Accountant to issue invoices of confirmed quotations. - Prepare and issue accurate quotations to customers on time. - Arrange samples and coordinate product delivery to customers effectively. - Build good relationships and work with existing suppliers for product sourcing, samples, and product knowledge. - Assist the sales team in checking product stock on hand. - Prepare weekly installation schedules for product installation at customer locations. - Prepare monthly sales team incentives for the accounting department. - Source new potential suppliers for project sales. - Assist the manager in preparing documents to review sales performance and set new KPIs for the next year. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. * Requirement; - Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in using sales databases and Microsoft Office. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with sales reports and sales records. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Khmer and English.
