Responsibilities •We need candidates experience from Forex company •SELL is the primary responsibility of CR, achieved through the mantra: CALL, CALL, CALL! •CR utilizes INVESTM's wide range of solutions to meet the varied needs and expectations of customers. •CR offers prompt and friendly assistance to Leads via telephone, Facebook, Telegram, live chat, and email. •CR is responsible for familiarizing Leads with the company’s platforms, trading products, and account procedures. •CR provides necessary information about the documentation required for becoming a client. •CR adheres to the company’s high standard of client communication, showcasing excellent telephone etiquette. •CR works collaboratively to meet departmental KPIs. Key indicators include Total FTD Number, Total FTD Amount, and Call Duration. •CR should report client complaints to the Sales Team Leader and Sales Manager asap. •For basic issues, CR may use remote connection tools (AnyDesk and TeamViewer) to assist Leads.
