Responsibilities: ▪ Salary Range 1500$-2000$ ▪We need candidates experience from Forex Company ▪Planning and executing short and long-term growth strategies in alignment with Invest M's marketing category plans. ▪Providing support for marketing activities to achieve the company's turnover targets in Cambodia. ▪Developing marketing strategies through competitive analysis and market research. ▪Managing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and expand the customer base. ▪Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective collaboration. ▪Ensuring the implementation of best practices in digital and traditional marketing. ▪Collaborating with key stakeholders within Invest M to create an annual marketing activity calendar, based on prioritized initiatives, goals, and strategy. ▪Evaluating marketing strategy, KPIs, and commercial benefits to ensure effective prioritization and future planning. ▪Preparing and presenting monthly marketing performance reports, highlighting achievements against established KPIs. ▪Collaborating with the central marketing team to establish and maintain budgets for marketing initiatives. Requirements: ▪Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role. ▪Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent. ▪Fluency in English and Khmer. (Preferred.) ▪Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools. ▪Strong experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with product, sales, and operations teams to align and deliver marketing initiatives. ▪Solid knowledge in sales and marketing gained through extensive experience. ▪Adept at delivering compelling content and creative execution that elevate the brand. ▪Able to shift between strategic thinking and overseeing tactical execution. ▪Experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online and offline mediums. ▪Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. ▪Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices. ▪Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge.
