I. Job Responsibilities - Assist and support sales outdoor on customer inquiry relate to order fulfillment documentation aspect - Develop & maintain relationships with customers to collect new orders - Communicate, coordinate, and verify sales orders between sales and operation team - Issue daily quotation for customers - Provide information to customers about the status of their shipment - Monitor and follow up customers to settle payment - Prepare monthly report presentation to line Manager - Performs other related duties as assigned by line Manager II. Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or related field - Minimum 1 experience in similar positions in the same industry - Good command of English (speaking and writing), Chinese is a plus - Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus
