̶ To be in charge of the crops to obtain vegetables by applying hydroponic techniques with the required quality and in compliance with all established health and safety regulations. ̶ Creating a controlled environment with specific amounts of nutrients and water ̶ Setting up equipment and climate for the plants that you grow ̶ Obtaining and managing an inventory of nutrients and other supplies for the agriculture operation ̶ To perform draining activities to avoid waterlogging and the consequent asphyxia of the plants. ̶ To supervise and control the growth of the plants grown using hydroponic techniques. ̶ To carry out research tests on hydroponic crops in greenhouses and open spaces. ̶ To install the different components of a hydroponics system. Job Requirement - Bachelor Degree and Certificate of Agricultural - Professional Training Course(s) in the field of Agricultural Activities - Computer literacy at the user Microsoft Office, Internet browsers and Outlook - Working knowledge of English, primarily technical language applied to hydroponics - Experience of Hydroponic crop technicians generally - Cambodian Nationality (Male or female) - Must be can speak English reading and writing.
