Night Inspector Overview We are looking for Night Inspector to organize and oversee a group of security operations of our clients. A group of Security Leaders and Guards will be under your responsibility. As Night Inspector, you must set a good example and gain the trust of your people in order to achieve an excellent team. The goal is to create and preserve an environment where our clients’ employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected. Responsibilities • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures • Daily plan and deploy security personnel. • Train and supervise leaders, security officers and guards • To meet client’s representative for improvements. • Attend meeting with clients when necessary. • Respond to emergencies and alarms • Review reports on incidents and breaches • Investigate and resolve issues • Create reports for management on security status • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology) • Report to General Manager Requirements • Proven experience as security supervisor or similar position • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good in English, written and verbal. លក្ខខ័ណ្ឌជ្រើសរើស • មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងសន្តិសុខ ឬមុខតំណែងស្រដៀងគ្នា • មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការសរសេររបាយការណ៍ និងមានផែនការឆ្លើយតបបន្ទាន់ • មានចំណេះដឹងដ៏ល្អអំពីពិធីការ និងនីតិវិធីសុវត្ថិភាព • មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ និងអន្តរបុគ្គល • ចេះភាសាអង់គ្លេស សរសេរ និងមានពាក្យសំដីសមរម្យ។ (បើចេះកាន់តែល្អ) • ចេះភាសាខ្មែរ សរសេរ និងមានពាក្យសំដីសមរម្យ • មានជំនាញរៀបចំគ្រប់គ្រង និងមានជំនាញដឹកនាំក្រុម • មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ ប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត និងអាចទុកចិត្តបាន។
