Dentist
Key Responsibilities
-Patient Care:Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, including cavities, gum diseases, and infections.
-Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings.
-Preventive Dentistry: Educate patients about oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
-Conduct regular dental check-ups to monitor and prevent oral diseases.
- Equipment and Technology Use: Operate diagnostic tools like X-rays and 3D imaging.
-Use modern dental tools and software for treatment and record-keeping.
-Team Management: Supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.
-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Dental or A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Experience: Clinical experience through internships or residency programs is often required or preferred.
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of Korean language is a plus.
- Empathy and patience to deal with anxious or difficult patients.
- Strong communication and Strong problem-solving skills to identify and treat complex dental issues.
