About Us:
We are a fast-growing hospitality group operating boutique hotels in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. We focus on comfort, service, and a friendly local touch. To support our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Local Hotel Manager to help oversee daily operations across our two sites.
What You’ll Do:
• Support daily hotel operations in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping (check rooma), and maintenance teams
• Ensure good customer service and respond to guest needs
• Help train and motivate staff to maintain high standards
• Assist with reports, inventory, and cost control
• Travel between both locations (travel costs covered)
• Report directly to the General Manager
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience in hotel or guesthouse management is a big plus
• Strong leadership and good communication skills
• Honest, reliable, and organized
• Speaks good Khmer; basic English is required
• Able to travel between Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville (1–2 times per month)
