Job Title : Admin Assistant Location : Borey Varina Head Office, #2A St. 2011 Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok Reports To : Senior HR & Admin Department : HR & Admin Employment Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday from 07:30am to 05:00pm Salary : 250$ - 350$ Purpose : Provide full daily general administrative support across Borey Varina in relation to site and office service to all departments by implementing administrative procedure and policy so that everyone has full administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor cleanness and safety in and around office campus and working space at site and the Model Houses at Sen Sok, at 2004, at 2011 and Boss Cottage; • Check all the cleaning materials of all cleaners and make sure they keep their materials in one place; • Coordinate the cleaners from the site for support for cleaning the Modern House if needed; • Sport checks the cleaning of cleaners according to the schedule and using the cleaning check list; • Ensure all necessary office equipment and working items are ready for new on-boarding staff; • Assist in checking and making the request of office supply from all departments to see whether the requested items will be used properly or wastefully; • Control stock of office stationery and other company’s items such as helmet, shoes, I-com, Uniform etc. and make sure they are returned when employee leave the company; • Assist in any event conducted by the Company such staff party, meeting, and other ceremonies, etc.; • Ensure to collect all water receipts and Electricity receipts from all Model Houses 2004, 2011 and Head Office to submit to accounting on time; • Assist in monitoring the suppliers come for maintenance the facilities of the company; • Assist in checking and reporting of employee attendance as needed; • Prepare related monthly reports to Senior Admin Officer for checking as schedule; • Assist in Registration finger print to new on-boarding and daily wage; and control their attendance; • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications : • BA degree in Business Administration or others related subject; • Minimum of 1 years working experience in administrative function; • Good knowledge of English regardless speaking, writing, reading or listening; • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; • Ability to distribute information in formal way and well perform multi-task; • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).
