We are seeking a well-rounded Accountant to manage full sets of accounts, while also supporting administration and operations functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across departments to ensure smooth daily operations. This role also involves assisting senior management with various tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting (Full Sets):
Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Process payroll and ensure compliance with Cambodian tax and labor laws
Handle tax filings such as VAT, Withholding Tax, and other statutory requirements
Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and cost control
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
Admin & Operations Support:
Oversee general office administration, maintain company documents and record
Support daily operational activities, assist in HR and Admin
Help ensure the office runs efficiently
Support to Senior Management:
Prepare reports
Support ad hoc projects and confidential tasks from senior leadership
Suggest for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts
Knowledge of Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations
Proficient in accounting software, MS Words & Excel
Fluent in Khmer and conversational in English or Chinese.
