Account Payable Officer

Job Responsibilities: 1) Process payments promptly and accurately using established procedures 2) Manage customer accounts, including updating payment information and resolving payment related inquiries and disputes 3) Ensure compliance with payment policies, procedures and banking requirements 4) Analyze and identify areas for improvement in payment processes 5) Prepare and submit financial reports related to payment processing activities 6) Collaborate with cross functional teams to address payment related issues and improve efficiencies in payment workflows 6) Stay updated on changes in payment systems and technologies 7) Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by superior Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge: 1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2) Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in payment processing, accounts payables function, or a similar role 3) Knowledge of payment systems and processes 4) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail 5) Analytical and problem solving abilities 6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7) Effective communicator with strong verbal and written English communication skills 8) Highly adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities 9) Open minded and receptive to feedback an new ideas 10) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Power Point) or related software Welfare & Benefits: - Salary start from USD 600 (base on qualification / experience). - Food allowance USD 180. - Accommodation provided in Sihanoukville City with daily house cleaner to clean the hostel and wash your clothes (also includes utility bills and Wi-Fi paid for by the Company). - Twenty-five (25) days Annual Leave in a year. - Bonus will be given every 3-month based on performance (KPI). - Medical allowance. - Gym membership coverage. - Increment after probation period. - Birthday Angbao - NSSF - Annual festival celebrations and gifts. - Outstanding career advancement opportunities await you. - Friendly working environment.
