Job Description • Bookkeeping revenue into QB system • Prepare Money and prepare money collect and received report from customer • Issues all Invoice and Delivery noted for WH (SD,WS) • Deposit money at the Bank • Copy and Scan prepare document after deposit money • Prepare set of Invoice and any support document for filling together • Received Invoice from Driver after delivery goods to customer • Received and Collect money from Retail and WS and Key in System • Drop Summary to MT • Other Task assign by FM Requirement Male of Female and Age between 25-45 years old Good in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening) Microsoft Office, Internet & Email Confident negotiating skills Good communication and motivation skills
