We are seeking talented candidates to fill two senior accounting positions.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and file tax returns (including income, sales, and property) by applicable laws.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Lead or assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Oversee or manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Document and monitor internal control procedures.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial information and support.
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
**Job Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a senior accountant.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Saturday
- 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
