Job Description – Accountant
Duties:
• Managing company payroll, expense and payment after approval of Financial Manager and Managing Director.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Handle petty cash and cash advance report to Financial Manager or Managing Director
• Control AR &AP
• Prepare NSSF
• Record received cash to “Cash Received “file on daily and report to Managing Director
• Prepare Sale, Import, Export and Expenses reports for Tax declaration
• Prepare Tax Declaration and summit them to E-filling on monthly basis
• Comply with the internal Labor Regulations and other local regulations of the organization
• Manage the month end and year end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing financial insights to support business planning.
• Taking part in Tax and other Audits initiated by the company and Tax authorities.
• Secure, safe and proper handling of all Tbong Morrkat properties.
• Other jobs assigned by manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Accountant
• Knowledge of accounting procedures
• Knowledge of Cambodian Tax Laws
• Fluency in Microsoft suite (Quitbook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Highly organized and motivated
