Objective
To ensure that all customers are guided and serviced within the company policies and improving customer satisfaction
Reporting ServiceAdviser reports directly to General Manager/MD
Supervision None
Coordination Coordinate with Accountant on Account Receivable; with Part Division on stock items; with Cashier on invoicing items
Authority S/he is authorized to perform the followings:
a- Prepare quotations (estimates) for customers uptothe amount of USD1,000.00
b- Coordination of jobs to be done with workshop team
c- Jobs scheduling within the quotation (estimate) as per customer agreement
Specific duties and job responsibilities S/he will be minimum required to:
a- Prepare daily customer data base registration
b- Promote the company products to the customers to optimize from customer visits
c- Set up standard service proposals for specific occasions
d- Set up customer calling plan and promotions
e- Understand the customer’s needs
f- Solve the customer’s complaints
g- Update customers on job status
h- Customer retention plan and analysis
i- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualification S/he must prove the minimum qualification of the followings:
a- Degree in Business Administration/Engineering
b- Time management and flexibility
c- Self motivated for job performance and result
d- Fluent in English and Khmer (Chinese is an advantage)
e- Peachtree and/or QuickBookssoftware expertise
f- 3 year work record with related field
Extra Skills S/he should possess strong knowledge of Automotive market, process improvement, prepare to take on automotive repair knowledge, and valid driver’s license
