Account and Finance Manager Position Company Background: Asia Svayrieng Water Co., Ltd (“ASW”) was established in 2020 ASW has been licensed for 20 years to source treat and distribute clean water to the people in Chantrea District and Bavet Town in Svayrieng Province. ASW is the subsidiary of Asia Infrastructure Management in Thailand, which has more than 30 years’ experience in supplying water in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR, in Manila, Philippines and in the provision of other water and general infrastructure maintenance work in Bangkok, Thailand and around the region. Job Duties: Reporting to the Country Manager (LINE) and CFO of Parent company (FUNCTION): Based in Phnom Penh: Head of Financial and Commercial ASW: Managing and Operating using the Quick Books Accounting system: - Manage and oversee stock of water meter and other materials provided to the Operation Manager - Oversee and report on the Project P&L and manage the Company Cash flow. - Manage all the records revenues & expenses in compliance with standard accounting practice. - Manage and ensure accuracy of payments. - Maintain accurate records of all bank, cash and petty cash payment. - Manage and ensure accurate payroll processing. - Manage and Process the Monthly and Annual Tax Payment, Tax Issue, ACAR… - Work with tax and related legal for any issues. - Supervise the Account and Finance staff in the Accounts Department including but not limited to: Cashier, Stock controller, Billing team, Accountant Receivable and Accountant Payable as may be appointed from time to time. - Manage all Accounting Statements, Bank Statements and Financial Statements. - Record and Report on the same to Management. - Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including the profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports. - Create and update standard operating procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy, regulations and roll out reconciliation procedures. - Work closely with Finance and Accountant team in Thailand as the Parent Company. - Work closely with other Heads of Departments of ASW both in Phnom Penh and in Svayrieng. - Build good communications with related Local Authorities. - Manage the Billing System, Mobile App and relevant parts of the Company Website as instructed by the Country Manager. - Other tasks as may be assigned by the Country Manager and AIM CFO. Job Requirement: - Master or Bachelor’s degree of Accounting and Finance, Management or other Related. - Minimum 6 years’ experience in Accounts, Finance, Tax or Audit (Manager Level). - Very Good in English, Thai is a plus. - Knowledge in Cambodian Law, Especially Tax Law, Labor Law, and Commercial law…. - Knowledge of Water Supply Activities or other direct Company to Customer Billing and Collection. - Fast learner and quick thinker - Proficient in MS Office, Internet, Email, QuickBooks…… - Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment - Based in Phnom Penh but willing and able to travel to the provinces - Good team relationships with bot seniors and subordinates. - Driving license (B) is a plus.
