- Advise and assist the board of directors in performing all accounting, accounting books, and financial tasks assigned by the board of directors according to regulations. - Inventory and supervise the implementing of economic and financial policies and accounting regimes in the enterprise. - Be responsible for organizing the company’s accounting apparatus, operating the company’s accounting work. - Establish and manage the implementation of procedures related to the functions of the finance and accounting department. - Direct and supervise the implementation of daily accounting tasks: revenue, expense, import and export, sales, banking, accounting, documenting storage, handling of arising work in the department to ensure compliance with current regulations. - Make budget plans and capital use plans. - Make plans and propose financial solutions: repaying bank debts, purchasing goods, paying suppliers, and other arising expenses. - Provide accounting data to relevant agencies: tax, statistics, government, board of directors. - Conduct transactions with banks on credit loans, prepare business plans to present to banks when requested. - Resolve issues related to the company’s finances: customer debts, supplier debts, etc. - Provide professional guidance to accountants, work management skills to followers. - Regularly check accounting administration work to complete in a timely manner according to each stage of business development (forms, control method, current state regulations, etc.) - Timely prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly management reports for board of director to support effective management decision making. - Perform other tasks as required by the board of directors.
