What you will do (Responsible)
- Prepare Daily Bill Payment & Retail Payment & Merchant Payment & International remittance partners, Reconciliation and Settlement following the SLA set in agreement
- Perform a daily cash forecast by bank to send to Corporate Finance Manager for fund management
- Prepare timely and accurate account recording and reconciliation 3 ways matching (Accounting, system and bank statement)
- Prepare bank transfer/ balance transfer to partners follow SLA in agreement
- Monthly Accounting Reconciliation and Reporting (Bank Accounts, Revenue Account and Performance Report of partners)
- Assist in new partners launching analysis and pre-launching preparation for service bill payment, retail payment, merchant and international remittance
- Assist in UAT-Testing (Bill Payment, Retail Payment)
- Assist in finance operation process enhancement and automation
- Assist in Month end closing
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
What you will need (Qualification)
- Degree in Accounting or related discipline with sound accounting knowledge
- Fresh graduate or no experience in Finance/Accounting from a bank, or related field also needed
- High attentions to details and accuracy
- Highly motivated and committed
