The apartment is located in a quiet street of Chreav, 200 meters north of the southern ring road and one kilometer from Chreav Market. It has one bed + sitting room, a bathroom with and a separate kitchen. All windows have mosquito nets. In the room we have aircon. The furnishings of the room and the kitchen can be designed according to your wishes. Since the rooms on the ground floor are under a large tree, it is cooler here and you don't need much aircon. You can also use our swimming pool (3x6). The small area of land to the south and west of the apartment can be used as a garden. We offer secure parking for bikes and motors. We offer free bicycle use. You can also use our washing machine and printer for a small fee. We have also a tailer service in the house can repair cloths. Good internet in all rooms. Price $ 8 per night, per week $ 50, long therm prices are negotiable. Includes bed cloths and towels (Change weekly) and cleaning service. Chreav Market you find in a distance of 1 km, the Old Market in the center of Siem Reap in 6 km. For long-therm rent tenants, the price is negotiable. Especially if you take care of cleaning and of the bed linen yourself.
