Condo offers no interest rate for 36 months, now remaining is 14 months (Until 2026-Apr-28) --------------------------------------------------- Reason for selling : - Bought for family member, but no longer needed. - A bit far from where I work, so even I don’t use it. - Can’t rent it out before paid it off, so feel like a waste. --------------------------------------------------- Size : 22.7 m2 Bulding : D Room : D10XX Floor : 10 Management Fee : 16.5$ per months Moto Park : 3$ per months Car Park : 44$ per months Electricity : 0.24$/KwH Water : 0.67$/m3 --------------------------------------------------- ### Pro --------------------------------------------------- - Close to University (RUPP, Sytech, Techno) - Quiet (40DB to 50DB) - Room Close to the elevator, but far enough to not hear at night - Room Close to gabage deposal location, but far enough to not smell or hear other people using them - Room Close to Emergency Ladder - Room Close to Emergency Bell - Surrounded by shop, and accessible food (Cheap Price compare to the city) - There is a Pagoda near by, which can be good for getting some exercise and fresh air because it big. --------------------------------------------------- ### Con --------------------------------------------------- - Room small for 3 people, but good for couple and great if you live alone. - No Swimming Pool (They want to keep the management fee cost down) - No Rooftop Access (Currently only for staff) - Do have gym, but not condo owned, it is 3rd party (That doesn’t include in the management fee). - Toilet, has a weird location setup (See in the picture) - Balcony has no view. (See in the picture) - Electricity is a bit high. (Actually cheap when compare to other condo, but higher when compare to normal house) - Car park cost more than outside. (Bullshit price) - Cellular service suck when there a lot of people use (from 5:00PM to 11:00PM is unusable, Wifi run great) - The condo is not available for rent until paid it fully off (Base on data, 150$ is the lowest rent here) - Traffic!!! Avoid 5:00PM - 6:30PM and Avoid 7:00AM - 8:00AM. - When it rain, the street in front of the condo is Flooding. (Around 20cm of flood. Not that high, but motobike should never go under water) - Other said management is the worse, but from experience, they have been great to be honest.
