Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for export shipments to meet cut off time
• Ensure documents are timely sent to partner or broker for customs purposes
• Ensure receive EIR IN and sent to customer timely
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
• Ensure accurate and timely billing Invoice.
• Ensure close file with complete set document on time
Skills:
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good in English and can speak Chinese
• Good communication and team work
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills
