Assistant Food Processing Supervisor (New Project)
■ Net Salary : $300-$500 (Negotiable)
■ Work 6 d/w : (generally 1 day off/week)
■ Work 8 h/d : Depend on new business (Flexible)
■ Location : Food Processing Dept. (New project)

■ Report: : Reports to General Manager
◉ Summary:
The Assistant Food Processing Supervisor will support the Food Processing Supervisor in managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to standards. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining production workflows, and contributing to the implementation of innovative food processing practices.
◉ Responsibilities:
■ Assist in supervising the food processing team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
■ Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
■ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and industry regulations.
■ Support the development and implementation of new processing methods and improvements.
■ Collaborate with the quality control team to meet product quality standards.
■ Assist in monitoring production metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
■ Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
■ Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with organizational standards.
■ Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.
◉ Qualification:
■ High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Food Science or a related field is a plus.
■ At least 1 year of experience in food processing or manufacturing.
■ Basic understanding of food processing equipment and techniques.
■ Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
■ Strong organizational and time management skills.
■ Good communication and leadership abilities.
■ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
