Assistant HR And Admin Officer

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist to post job announcements for positions Driver required by line supervisor in social media such as job posting in websites, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, recruitment agencies etc. • Screen and shortlist CVs, contacting potential candidates for interview, testing, negotiating salary, and processing required documents • Support to prepare personal file all driver documents, attendance, leave requisition, changing of truck driving record, debts, last payment request, and update in loading system • Process to opening new bank or Wing accounts for new recruited staff, driver, loading attendant at Garage • Check and control company’s Vehicle’s tax, road tax, and technical inspection when assigned • Track office utilities consumption, requesting and controlling admin expenses at Garage • Assist in administration including meeting room preparation, training, and event management • Daily monitor office environment, cleaning, security to make sure its safety and hygiene • Other’s task assigned by supervisor/manager II. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Fresh graduate or holding year 2 and above of Bachelor degree in business management or related fields • 01 or more years of human resource or administrative experiences • Good organizational and time management skills. • A good desire to work in a team and deal with high commitment and challenges • Good negotiation and internal & external relationship building • Good communication & negotiation skills • Friendly personality, patient, tactful, and approachable • Proficiency in English and computer skills, Microsoft Office III.
