Assistant to CEO-(realty, property)--Urgent

#Duties Details: • Manage, lead and oversee day-to-day realty, property etc., business activities, • Improve overall business departments including but not limited to Sale & Marketing, Operation, with a willingness to deliver the best customer service, maximize operational efficiency, and increase business & sales revenue, • Business Analyzing, Innovate the effectiveness of sales & marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth and maintain competitive advantage, • Plan and implement effective short and long-term business plans and goals, and ensure efficient, • Formulate and update regularly policies, procedures, work forms, reports, workflows, KPIs, SOPs, and sustain compliance to deliver efficient performance, • Seek out business opportunities for expansion and growth of Realty, property etc., • Increase, build leaders amongst leaders to sustain report building relationships with clients and stakeholders, • Motivate the team to deliver best performance & productivity, • Generate reports, do business increases presentations and perform other tasks assigned by CEO/OWNER., #Requirements Details: • Degree in business management or Master/CAT/BA Degree in property , realty, Economics, IR or other related fields, • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar Senior management, Operation, assistant from GM/Director or CEO roles, • Experiences in Business Analyzing, property , realty, land Operation, planning and budgeting and Good Knowledge of different business functions, • Strong organization and leadership skills and excellent communication skills • Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects and under pressure. • Outstanding in facilitation and problem solving and adapting to the diverse working environment. • Proficient in computer literacy in English (written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.) # CHINESE TO WORKING COMMUNICATION AT LEAST 50% ARE ENCOURAGED AND SHORTLIST # # 鼓励并入围至少 50% 的中文工作交流 # >> Female are encouraged to apply this post than Male
