Salary range : $600-$1,000 (Negotiate according to ability)
Working day : Mon- Sat
Working hour: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
We are looking for potential candidate to fulfil the position Assistant to CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organise the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
• Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare related documentation or follow-ups
• Draft, review, and organise business correspondence, memos, reports, and other administrative documents
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
• Track key priorities, tasks, and projects the CEO is focusing on
• Support decision-making processes by gathering information and preparing executive summaries
• Accompany the CEO on business trips or events when necessary
• Liaise with different departments and ensure alignment with executive directions
• Maintain confidentiality and trust in company information

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or Secretary
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer( Be able to speak Thai is priority)
• Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity and discretion
• Fast learner, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Business acumen and the ability to work closely with senior management
