Duties:
• Assist the General Manager (GM) and oversee various aspects of project activities.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate field-based activities involving community work in the provinces.
• Facilitate and arrange field-based events such as dissemination workshops, training sessions, reporting, and other ad-hoc activities when necessary.
• Provide general technical advice on the implementation of community based agricultural projects and support for other beneficiaries.
• Liaise with local authorities, civil society organizations, development partners, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation.
• Communicate and facilitate coordination with the central team to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related field, with an understanding of the agriculture sector.
• Proven experience in related fields.
• Strong attention to detail, along with basic analytical, critical thinking, and research skills.
• Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Khmer and English (or Chinese).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
