Business Development · Sales Manager (Urgent Hiring)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve market share and sales targets.
- Establish communication channels with clients, supervise and inspect regular visits by sales staff, and understand customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints promptly to improve satisfaction and build strong, long-term - partnerships in the region.
- Coordinate with customer service, technical, and other departments to ensure product delivery, installation, technical support, and after-sales services.

- 制定与执行区域销售计划，实现本区域的市场占有率和销售目标。
- 建立客户沟通渠道，监督、检查销售人员对客户的定期访问情况，了解客户要求。
- 及时处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度，建立长期、良好、稳固的区域合作关系。
- 与客户服务、技术等相关部门沟通，协调产品的到货、安装、技术支持及售后维修等工作。
Benefits:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
