Strategic Planning and Business Growth: • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the company's customer base. • Identify new market opportunities and propose strategies to capitalize on them. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions. 5. Collaboration and Coordination: • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, commercial excellence, and operations to align business objectives and ensure smooth execution of strategies. • Provide market insights and feedback to help shape STS's offerings and improve customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients. 6. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. • Analyse data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. • Provide recommendations and insights to senior management based on data analysis.
