Responsibilities: • Handle customer’s complaints, queries and requests. • Taking complaints and facilitating to the appropriate team • Contact to customer and get some customer’s requirement • Deal and offer to Customer flexible by case • Process and deal with customer terminate, Change Plan, renew contract, Change Service • Other tasks as assigned by Manager. Requirements: • BBA or other qualifications or specialized / skills / knowledge • Strong team work and friendly • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Passion and willing to work hard • English and Khmer language
