DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Able to understand customer requirements & proposed solutions. ● Keeping customers informed about services and promotions ● Provide accurate information about True Money products and services ● Handle customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action ● Following up to close the agent/customer’s issue effectively ● Take care in existing customer expansion ● Be able to satisfy customers and solve complaint with customer SPECIFICATION: ● Bachelor degree or fresh graduated ● At least 1-year experience related to customer oriented. ● Knowledge in English speaking, listening and writing. ● Computer literacy ● Be patient, hardworking and able to work under pressure ● Good interpersonal and problem solving
