RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY: • Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers • Collect payments • Ensure pricing is correct • Issue change and receipts • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change • Make sales referrals, cross-sell service and introduce new ones • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information to related personnel. • Bag all dental items carefully • Greet customers when entering or leaving the clinic • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas • Keep reports of transactions • Process returns and check to see if items are damaged • Answer customers' questions and get a line manager if answer doesn't solve the issue • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction. • Perform tasks as assigned by line manager. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree of Finance or Accounting. • At least 6 month experiences in doing cashier. • Good command of English. • Good interpersonal skill and problem solving skill. • Friendly, dedication, flexibility and honestly. • Knowledgeable with Microsoft office suite and any account system. • Able to work in the pressured environment.
