Cashier Part-Time (Sat-Sun)

Description

Job Responsible: • Adheres to departmental policy, objectives, and procedures. • Assists with patient coordination, schedule follow-up visits, and answer inquires. • Administers up-to-date clinical income; records bank check, cash, credit, insurance and document all relevant transactions. • Communicates with customers and suppliers regarding payment terms and conditions, credit policies; follows up outstanding payments. • Records daily transactions and cash collections into clinic’s accounting software system. • Performs other tasks assigned by Senior and Accounting Manager. • Reports to Accounting Manager. Qualifications and requirements: • A minimum Associate Degree or Diploma in Finance and Accounting. • University students are encouraging to apply. • Experience in clinic and hospital is an advantage. • Knowledge in Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of QuickBooks and financial software is a plus. • Outgoing personality, flexible and professional on the job. • Good command in Khmer and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
