Casino Shift Manager Base in poipet
Job Summary:
The Casino Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a gaming facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maximizing revenue. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of gaming regulations, a passion for the gaming industry, and the ability to create a positive and engaging gaming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management:
o Hire, train, and develop gaming staff, including dealers, pit bosses, and surveillance personnel.
o Create and manage employee schedules.
o Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
o Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations and licensing requirements.
o Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential compliance issues.
o Work closely with regulatory agencies to maintain a positive relationship.
• Financial Performance:
o Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
o Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
o Make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Customer Experience:
o Create a positive and engaging gaming environment for customers.
o Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
o Implement customer loyalty programs and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Security and Surveillance:
o Oversee security operations to protect guests, employees, and assets.
o Monitor surveillance footage to identify and prevent suspicious activity.
o Implement security protocols and procedures to minimize risk.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in gaming management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills:
• Experience with gaming software and systems.
• Understanding of risk management and loss prevention.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
