Job Summary:
The CCTV Attendant will be responsible for operating and monitoring surveillance equipment to ensure the safety and security of mall visitors, tenants, and assets. The role involves detecting suspicious activities, reporting security incidents, and maintaining surveillance records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance
*Monitor live feeds from CCTV cameras across the mall, including entrances, parking areas, stores, and high-traffic zones.
*Identify and report unusual activities such as theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
*Adjust camera views and settings to enhance monitoring efficiency.
2. Incident Response & Reporting
*Alert security personnel immediately when suspicious behavior or security breaches occur.
*Maintain a daily log of surveillance activities and security incidents.
*Assist in investigations by reviewing and retrieving footage upon request.
*Provide evidence and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
3. System Maintenance & Performance Checks
*Regularly check the functionality of CCTV cameras and report technical issues to the IT or maintenance team.
*Ensure the surveillance system is operational at all times and follow backup procedures in case of system failure.
4. Compliance & Confidentiality
*Adhere to privacy and data protection regulations when handling CCTV footage.
*Maintain confidentiality of all security operations and recorded footage.
*Prevent unauthorized access to surveillance rooms or systems.
Salary : Negotiate Base On Experience
Working Hour : 8:00 - 17:00 or 13:00 - 22:00
