Job Description -Oversee full spectrum of accounting and financial operations within the company/group of companies, including payroll, tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow etc.. -Work closely with management team to minimize financial/tax risks, assist in long-term decision making and achieving key business objectives -Manage and oversee team of accountants and accounting officers -Manage and oversee month-end, quarterly and year-end closing and reporting -Prepare monthly and yearly tax declarations -Review contracts/agreements and understand implications to company/group’s accounting operations -Liaise with head office and government agencies on all accounting and tax reporting requirements -Manage cash flow -Ensure the group and company’s accounting policies and procedures are adhered to -Liaise with internal and external auditors, bankers, suppliers and customers on accounting/financial/tax matters -Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Chief Financial Officer and/or Financial Controller Requirement -Cambodian, Female/Male -Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance -Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting, finance, and tax -Good command of English (written and spoken) -Experience in managing, leading and coaching a team of accountants/officers -Good knowledge and understanding of Cambodian Accounting Standards, Tax Laws and other relevant regulatory requirements -Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook & Good knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software -Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment -Meticulous, analytical, committed, team player, able to work independently and under pressure, deadline and results-oriented -Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and coaching skills -Honest, hardworking, responsible, self-driven and pro-active -Dynamic, Fast working, Patient and Flexible -Confident and pro-active in problem solving Working Days and Hours - Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm (Break Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm) - Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm Salary and Benefit - Competitive salary - NSSF and 24hr insurance - Seniority Pay - Maternity, paternity, and marriage leave - Annual leave and sick leave - Public Holidays based on Prakas of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training - Annual salary increment based on company and individual performance Interested candidates can submit your CV and cover letter to: Email: [email protected]Click To Sent Email.kh WhatsApp / Telegram: 070700xxxClick To Call Tel: 070700xxxClick To Call Website: www.oxleyworldbridge.com.kh
