I. Key Responsibilities:
Channel Sales Development
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate channel targets
• Identify, recruit the corporate partners and activate new brokers
• Expand existing partnerships to maximize sales opportunities.
Relationship & Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of partner organizations.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations with corporate partners
• Drive renewal management, cross-selling, and up-selling within existing accounts
• Ensure high client satisfaction through effective account management.
Team Leadership & Coaching
• Lead and mentor our own sales team
• Provide training to own sales team as well as partner sales teams on product features and sales techniques.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure team align with department and company objective
Market & Competitor Analysis
• Collaborate with product and underwriting teams to customize insurance offerings for specific market segments.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, regulatory changes and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategy.
Performance & Reporting
• Track channel performance for business reviews by prepare performance reports and sales forecasts
• Analyze conversion ratios, lead quality, and partner productivity.
II. Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working of insurance or financial services sales.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong relationship-building and management skills.
• Good Communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, traveling
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective English
