Job description:
- greets and welcomes students/parents, and directs them to the appropriate person
- arranges and records details of admissions
- answers, connects and transfers telephone calls
- receives and resolves complaints from parents and the public
- may perform other clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, mail dispatch and photocopying. etc...
Requirements:
- Prior experience in education sector or customer service preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional attitude under pressure
