• Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department. • Respond to customer service issues on a timely manner • Create effective customer service procedures, policies and standards • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis • Maintain accurate records and documents all customer service activities and discussions • Hire and train new customer service officers/assistants • Manage the approved budget of the customer service department • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods • Supervise the performance of Customer Service Executive and Customer Service Officer • Review and support Customer Service Executive on contracts and signings • Supervise the Customer Service team to ensure the delivery of highest standards of customer service and make sure that all company policies are followed • Prepare any notice for legal purpose/records • Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement • Other tasks assign by the CEO.
