• Respond to customer service issue on a timely manner • Resolving, acknowledging complaints from client and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis. • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers all the times. • Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement. • Drafting sale and purchase agreement, lease agreement both KH/ENG and other related file related with customer requirement. • Accommodate client for site visit every project. • Maintain customer database including master list every project. • Working directly with the clients, authority and lawyer representative of the client on the Hard title transfer under client name. • Keeps record and control of the original Hard title of each project of the company. • Other tasks assign by the Manager.
