Job TypeFull-Time (4 dayoff per month) Min Salary $350-$650(T&C Apply) Job Scope : - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer complaints with patience and understanding. - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements: - Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - No prior work experience required; however, a strong work ethic and dedication are essential. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software and phone systems. - Willing to learn and adapt to new challenge.
