Diagnostic Imaging and Oncology Service Engineer

1. To execute scheduled preventive maintenance services for equipment covered by warranty and service agreements and provide on-call service support.
2. Repairs and troubleshooting can be performed at the customer's location or in a dynamic workshop environment.
3. To perform the installation process on the new equipment and reassign the existing equipment to different locations.
4. To conduct inspections of all newly arrived equipment, prepare it for delivery, and oversee its installation at the designated site for the end-user.
5. To partake in the service training in order to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for future enhancement.
6. Fundamental operational training for end-users is essential both before and after installation or as and when customers require it.
7. To acquire further insights into enhancing communication skills for effective negotiation with customers.
8. To provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge, emphasising the advantages of preventive maintenance, in order to facilitate the transition to a service agreement following the expiration of the initial warranty or service contract.
9. To evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the pertinent products in relation to those of competitors.
10. To ensure the timely updating of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service activities for your superior to review.
11. To ensure the regular maintenance of company assets, including tools, demonstration units, and office equipment, etc.
12. To uphold effective communication with both internal and external customers and vendors.
13. To provide assistance and collaborate with a fellow employee in a relevant position while upholding the company's core values.
14. To comply with company rules and regulations, we will focus on improving the quality of the work environment and safety through KAIZEN and 5S initiatives.
15. Perform any additional tasks as directed by your superior.
16. To provide support to the Sales Managers and Sales Teams by facilitating the estimation of internal service costs and development of quotations for external services.
