This operates across our current brands with an added focus utilising 20+ years of experience from specialising in music festivals, live events and nightclub marketing, as well as musicians/DJs/artists, along with various outlets across the hospitality industry. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest in Social Media and is keen to learn more about the digital marketing industry and how to utilise AI. You will be working with a team of people who are highly experienced in the broad field of marketing and content creation. If you want to learn a skillset that will help you forge a career. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies. You will learn how to to enhance our businesses and clients online presence and engage their target audiences. You will work closely with our marketing team giving you valuable insight on how to create, curate, test software programs and manage content across various social media platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Strategy Development: Help develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve client marketing goals and increase brand awareness. * Content Creation: Work with our team to create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines. * Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with social media followers to foster a positive community and enhance customer relationships. *Analytics and Reporting: You will learn how to track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. * Campaign Management: Play a key role in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance monitoring. * Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge. * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns. For this role, qualifications aren't as important to us as having the right attitude and hunger to forge a career within the digital marketing world. * An interest in marketing and what we specialise in - restaurants, bars, music, events and food. * Be a regular user of all social media platforms and know how they function. * Creativity: Having a good eye for design, an appreciation of art. * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI tools such as Canva, Cap-Cut, etc Benefit : - A free meal with beverage of choice per shift - 2 days off per week , 6-8 hours per day Mon- Fri (timing is flexible according to your availability), extra hour over the contract will be paid. - Some allowances would be offered - Get 50% staff discount for all company's brands - Office located in BKK1 with nice and friendly environment - Qualification Certification will be given after 6 months of employment - Possibility to get fixed employment in the long term
