Responsibilities:
• Plan, edit, and post engaging short & quick-form video content specifically tailored for TikTok.
• Develop and execute all digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar, including planning and briefing of monthly content directions.
• Assist Brand Activation Manager to oversee the design, development, and communication of strategies that are designed to establish product brands
Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Experience & Knowledge:
• Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
Technical competencies requirements:
• SEO & SEM
• Content Marketing
• Video Marketing
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
