Job Descriptions
• Physical check/review on all assets broken or lose before sign-off incident report
• Yearly physical count CBS (include TX at province)
• Prepare asset owner by sub department, location and Person in Charge to relevant department
• Prepare Asset Transfer/update location in system
• Upload Asset Register, Asset Diary, Asset Analysis and Journal Entry in system
• Prepare Reconciliation between Asset Register and Trial Balance
Job Requirements
1. BA in Accounting or field equivalent
2. At least 4 years experiences
3. Able to use Microsoft office, Internet, Email and Computer
4. Able to use Sun system or other accounting systems
