**Job Description:**
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate product information.
- Keep records of customer interactions and lead generation results.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other departments.
- Manage Company Customer Service Accounts and phones.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
