ROLE: មេ​ជាងដេគ័រ SENIOR CARPENTER Company Group : Hunter Group Business Unit : Interior by Veneer (Interior, Manufacturing) Department : Production Reporting to : Production Supervisor / Production Manager
Job responsibilities: • Study the layout clearly (according to the technique and actual location) before doing • Study the type of wood and materials used for each plan sufficiently, without obstruction • Measure the meter accurately at each location • Respond to fully understand the process of measuring, cutting, and installing all kinds of furniture • Determine the scale clearly before cutting wood according to the plan. • Determine the number of workers, divide the work according to the project • Must supervise the technical work, from cutting metal and installing it to each location. • Must set a clear and regular time according to the plan. • Make sure the work is clean, of quality, and free of criticism or complaints from guests • Monitor the effectiveness of each apprentice's daily work • Guide and teach each job clearly and practically • Learn new techniques that have been updated to speed up work. • Provide information and report irregularities during inspections • Participate in evaluating the work of subordinate teams fairly and transparently • Cooperate with other department heads to ensure quality • Help improve other deficiencies • Perform repairs and install doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other equipment as needed • Ability to operate machine tools, cutting, bending, and other equipment • Have a personality that is eager to learn new techniques and rules • Other work assignments that will be arranged by the head manager.
