As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our recruitment processes align with best practices and support our ISO 9001:2015 quality management goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
Job Description :
โ Coordinate and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
โ Administer and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
โ Assist in organizing staff training and development programs to support employee growth and company objectives.
โ Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
โ Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive working environment.
โ Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
โ Provide reports and insights on hiring trends and recruitment effectiveness.
โ Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
โ Bachelorโs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
โ 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology or financial sectors.
โ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
โ Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
โ Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
