Job Responsibilities: - Gathering and monitoring financial data - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements) - Manage daily finance and accounting transactions. - Others task assigned by management. Accounting - Manage daily bookkeeping by following the accounting standard and account code provided by finance and accounting manager. - Recording daily transactions and preparing support documents. • - Received payment from customers - Issue Invoice - Keeping record daily cash collection - To enter cash transfer/cash receipts in Accounting System. - Check and collect all source of documents related to tax purpose - Prepare report and control accounting system - Coordinate with facility management team - Manage office supplies and stationery. - Control and record of office inventory and assets - Purchasing officer - Ensure that the showroom is always maintained clean and safe. - Control Petty cash and cash collection - Support vehicles delivery for sales team - Assist in administration tasks and manage all documents. - Other tasks assigned by the manager. Job Requirement: - Bachelor degree of Accounting, Administrative or Business Management - At least 3 years experience in admin or Accountant - Good English communication and interpersonal skill - Knowledge of computer, Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point - Be honest, hardworking, fast learning and flexible.
