Job Description • Maintain and Calculate each item COGS • Match shipments to invoices and verify charges. • Track/ analyze vendors’ tariff for compliance regarding charges. • Verify supporting documents in detail. • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies. • Manage vendor payments. • Manage packing list and tracking pending item with supplier • Solve related issue with Logistic Forwarder • Address and respond to vendor inquiries. • Some A/P functions: o Billing in System and notify for payment o Verifying Exchange rates. Job Requirement • Bachelor’s Degree accounting or other related fields • Be able to use Quickbooks accounting system • Working experience with Logistic Company • Be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Good in English and Chinese language • High degree of attention to detail. • Strong analytic abilities • flexible and smart Working conditions: • Working 6 days per week • Full-time • Work experience 2 year • Working hours 8:00 – 17:00 (include 1-hour lunch break) • Annual holiday 18days per year • 13rd Monthly salary • Insurance
